OfA Team

The OfA team is composed of a committed group of community-focused individuals dedicated to the growth and informed empowerment of students, parents, and families.  Each person has lived and breathed the experience of those we serve.      

Our team includes experienced leaders in the fields of education at the school, district, and community levels. OfA team members, including our consultants and advisors,  all have backgrounds and experience in the following areas:    

• School and District Leadership: Principals and administrators  
• Educators:  Teachers, teaching artists, teaching assistants, professors, and coaches  
• Parent Leaders: Members of BACs/BPACs, PACs, LSCs, and other parent committees  
• Not-for-Profit: Executive directors, program directors, coordinators, instructors, teaching artists  
• The Arts: Practicing artists and educators with specialties in the visual arts, music, dance, drama, media, and the cultural arts    

Our commitment to every OfA partner is to provide unique, idea-provoking,  customized learning experiences that inform and engage.  Be it an educator PD, student after-school class, or parent workshop, our team provides a full-service experience that focuses on the need and goal of the partner.
